To make the process clear and comfortable, we have answered the most common questions from families interested in welcoming one of our puppies. Our goal is to ensure that every buyer feels fully informed, confident, and prepared before reserving a Cane Corso puppy.

What kind of dog is a Cane Corso?

The Cane Corso is a powerful and intelligent working breed originally developed in Italy as a guardian and protector. They are known for their strength, loyalty, intelligence, and natural protective instincts. When properly raised and trained, Cane Corsos are devoted family companions and dependable guardians.

Are Cane Corsos good family dogs?

Yes. Cane Corsos are extremely loyal to their families and often form strong bonds with their owners. When raised with proper training and socialization, they become affectionate, protective, and dependable family dogs. Because of their size and intelligence, they do best with owners who are committed to training, leadership, and responsible dog ownership.

Are Cane Corsos aggressive?

No. A well-bred Cane Corso is not aggressive by nature. They are naturally protective and alert, which makes them excellent guardians. With proper socialization and training, they develop into calm, confident, and balanced dogs.

How big do Cane Corsos grow?

Average adult size:
Male Cane Corsos: 100 – 120 pounds
Female Cane Corsos: 85 – 105 pounds. They have a muscular build and strong presence.

Why choose Imperial Cane Corso Haven?

At Imperial Cane Corso Haven, we are committed to raising Cane Corsos that represent the best qualities of the breed. Our program focuses on responsible breeding practices, carefully selected bloodlines, early puppy development and socialization, veterinary health monitoring, and ongoing support for puppy families. We strive to place Cane Corsos that grow into loyal companions, protectors, and well-balanced family members.

How much do your Cane Corso puppies cost?

The total price of our Cane Corso puppies is $800. To reserve a puppy, a $300 reservation fee is required. The remaining balance of $500 is due before or at the time of pickup or delivery.

What does the reservation fee cover?

The $300 reservation fee secures your puppy and places you in the selection order for the litter. This means your puppy is reserved specifically for you, your place in line for puppy selection is secured, and the puppy will not be offered to another buyer. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is the reservation fee refundable?

Reservation fees are generally non-refundable, as they reserve a puppy specifically for a particular family. However, we always try to work with families if special circumstances arise.

Do you offer shipping for puppies?

Yes. We can assist with safe and secure shipping arrangements for families who are unable to pick up their puppy in person. Shipping allows our Cane Corso puppies to safely reach families in different locations.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs typically range from $150 to $300 depending on the destination and transportation arrangements. This may cover safe transportation, travel crate if required, and coordination of delivery logistics. The exact cost will always be confirmed before finalizing arrangements.

What is the total cost if shipping is required?

If shipping is required, the typical total cost includes Puppy price: $800, Reservation fee: $300 (applied toward total), Remaining balance: $500, and Shipping fee: $150–$300 depending on location. Estimated total investment: $950–$1,100 depending on shipping distance.

Can I pick up my puppy in person?

Yes. Many families choose to pick up their puppy directly, which eliminates the shipping cost. We are happy to coordinate pickup once the puppy is ready to go home.

Are the puppies vaccinated?

Yes. Our puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and health monitoring before leaving our care. You will receive documentation of your puppy’s vaccination and health records.

Do you offer a health guarantee?

Yes. All puppies from Imperial Cane Corso Haven are guaranteed to be in good health at the time they leave our care. If a licensed veterinarian identifies a serious congenital condition shortly after purchase, we will review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

What happens if a puppy has a serious health issue?

In the rare event that a puppy is diagnosed with a serious congenital condition confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, we may offer a replacement puppy from a future litter or another mutually agreed solution. Our priority is to ensure fairness and peace of mind for our puppy families.

What should I prepare before bringing my puppy home?

Before your Cane Corso puppy arrives, we recommend preparing high-quality puppy food, food and water bowls, a comfortable sleeping area, puppy training supplies, and safe chew toys. We also provide helpful guidance to ensure a smooth transition for your puppy.

Do Cane Corsos require training?
